Rachelle has a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and Wellness. She has been working with clients for over 7 years in her Into the Woods Wellness business and is associated with several other healing professionals in The Little Wellness Place in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is passionate about wellness; leading retreats, workshops and other health-related seminars. She has spent her life studying this field and the psychology of behavior change, and is a certified yoga instructor, nutrition counselor, wellness coach, corporate wellness administrator, and personal trainer.
