  • The body – daily movement meditations designed to stretch, release and revitalize

  • Curiosity – art experiences in a safe environment to reconnect with your creative self

  • The breath - evening book study of Beauty the invisible Embrace by John O’Donohue Irish poet and modern Sage.

RELAX AND RENEW

Join us for a week of discovery and transformation. Take the time to breathe deeply, move consciously, and relax fully. Create new levels of balance and grace in your mind, body, and spirit.
  • Yoga Classes - Learn basic yoga techniques to strength the body, relax the mind, and elevate the spirit (held outside, weather permitting). Yoga Basics, Kundalini & Hatha Yoga

  • Yoga Workshops – Focus on expanding the breath, opening the heart, releasing the old, and welcoming the new

  • Meditation – Learn subtle movements, breathing techniques and mantras to direct the mind's power toward the realization of your creative potential

  • Guided journaling – Discover and explore hidden dreams and creative aspirations with the help of Julia Cameron’s, the Artist Way

  • Hiking – Experience a deep sense of connection and peace within yourself as you explore the mountains and trails of Montana

Whether you are sitting around the campfire, soaking in the hot tub under the stars or listening to the river flowing through the Boulder River Valley from the quiet of your porch or balcony, the peacefulness of this unique setting will renew your energy and restore your spirit.

June is "springtime" in the Montana mountains- Brilliant wildflowers and our wildlife season at its finest.

Mountain slopes in September are dotted with bright yellow aspens and fly fishing is still great.
