Instinctually guided by veteran Heidi Fledderjohn, a Board Certified Dance-movement Therapist has 20 years of experience supporting people in their desire to change, grow and feel good about themselves. Your wellness retreat week is tailored to your particular needs, interests and fitness level. It includes opportunities to take on a new challenge or simply help you learn how to relax and experience the beauty around you.

Daily yoga movement sessions led by Heidi Fledderjohn, a long time student of Anusara Yoga, provide insight about aligning your body and revitalizing your sense of well being - great for beginners to more experienced enthusiasts.

Hiking and fly-fishing (as well as horseback riding in September) allow you to explore the awe-inspiring beauty of Hawley Mountain and surrounding million acres of wilderness – and even see wildlife such as deer, elk, moose, bear and Bald Eagles, while on the trail or dining at the lodge.
Take in the beauty and sense of accomplishment that comes from reaching a mountaintop or simply enjoying the peace of a mountain stream – you decide what level and challenge and we’ll guide you there.
Learning, writing and meditation sessions for you to find inner peace and tap innate skills that will help you relax, release tension and reconnect with your body, mind and spirit – wherever you are.
Quiet time. Down time. Remember that? Massage service also available.
And because we’re a ranch and it really is about having fun, lots of that too! Daily laughter and camaraderie really do help with perspective.
Did we mention food? Enjoy delicious, home cooked cuisine amidst a wilderness backdrop, shared buffet-style in the main lodge dining room as well as at cookouts (weather permitting). Dietary restrictions happily accommodated with advance notice.
What’s Included:
Your price includes lodging, three daily meals, meditation, yoga and skill sessions, guided hiking, fly-fishing and horseback riding (September retreats only). There’s a 1.75% accommodation tax and we strongly encourage a 15% staff service charge. Massage service is additional.
Transportation:
You can fly into Bozeman (approximately 100 miles from the Ranch) or Billings (120 miles), where you can rent a car or we can provide round trip service for an additional $425. Big Timber, 42 miles from the ranch, is your best stop for gas and supplies, snacks, soda and alcohol (we’re a BYOB ranch). A small refrigerator is available in every room and cabin.
